Antique Kitchen was founded in 2014, with its flagship product, namely Cake Chocolate Modeling and other Bakery and Patisserie products. Antique Kitchen then collaborated with local farmers, innovating to create products by developing the potential of local ingredients, including: Rote/Sabu Ant Sugar, Alor Walnuts, Moringa Powder, White Pulut Corn and Cassava. Together with certified local East Nusa Tenggara human resources, selecting quality raw materials, and developing equipment technology, we are able to create products that have high selling value and are able to compete with other national packaged snack products.
