The products have been sold in more than 20 modern retail markets in Indonesia, have been exported to Australia, used in Indonesian restaurants in Sydney, used as condiments in Black Garlic Arirang Noodle from Gaga Food. Using coconut oil which is healthier, doesn't use flour and we use special draining technique that yield very dry and crunchy Fried Shallot. For ingredient we use Kating Garlic that has strong taste and aroma and Sumenep Shallot that can only be found in Cirebon are, my town.
