Growing up in a family of cocoa farmers motivated Irwan Ibrahim to establish Socolatte in 2013. He makes Socolatte products from selected cocoa beans & special fermented cocoa obtained from farmers in Aceh province which are processed into various kinds of chocolate products with distinctive flavors. Socolatte is the only home industry that produces the first processed chocolate in Aceh. Processed Socolatte products in the form of candy powder, chocolate bars, drinks, and various types of food with processed chocolate ingredients. In addition to establishing Socolatte, Irwan is also active as an extension worker for cocoa farmers as a manifestation of his dream of prospering cocoa farmers in Aceh.
