MSME Profile

In 2018, the business owner took the initiative to establish an MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) producing tuna floss and chili sauce using family recipes. Initially employing one person, the business now employs twelve women. The range of products offered includes tuna and chicken floss, canned tuna, tuna chili sauce, anchovy chili sauce, squid chili sauce, shrimp chili sauce, and onion chili sauce. The unique advantage or added value of the products lies in the fact that 100% of the raw materials are sourced from the natural wealth of South Sulawesi, such as its chilies and seafood.
