Empal Gentong is a traditional Cirebon food containing pieces of beef and coconut milk sauce sprinkled with fried onions and chives and is usually served with rice or lontong.

It started with the desire to be able to fulfill consumers' desires by bringing empal gentong products out of town, but because the main raw material is coconut milk which cannot be stored for long (it goes stale quickly) we finally found a way to package it using a sterilization process without preservatives and it can last for 1 year.
