Kes Yang is a brand hailing from Southeast Maluku Regency in Maluku Province, Indonesia. Our product line features two delicious variants: Kes Yang Enbal Kenari Original and Kes Yang Enbal Kenari Kayumanis (Cinnamon). Both are a unique blend of Enbal cassava, an endemic staple from the Kei Islands, and Kenari nuts sourced from Banda Neira. Our products boast several advantages: they're rich in fiber and protein, gluten-free, and free from 5 P's (food coloring, preservatives, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, and thickeners). You'll enjoy a perfectly balanced sweetness and a delightful crispy texture.
MSME Profile
Our journey began in March 2019, driven by a desire to uplift a local resource: cassava. Though often seen as an unpopular food, we've reinvented it with innovative shapes and packaging designed to capture the millennial market. This year, 2025, marks a significant milestone with 10 stay-at-home mothers forming the backbone of our team, supported by 3 nurtured farmer groups and 28 passionate resellers. We're currently dedicated to developing our human capital and scaling up our production facilities, all in preparation for our strategic expansion to Java in 2026.
