Established since 2018, initiated by KKN students from one of the private universities in Bogor, based on the founder's initiative on the unstable price of pepper, and the abundance of crops in the previous few years. then mercalam was returned not only for profit business but for social business to overcome global issues of eradicating poverty and quality education for students, as well as the independence of pesantren.
