Beforehand, the jute sacks are dried and coated with a water-resistant material to make the fibers tighter, stronger, and free from lint. After being sewn and shaped into bags, they are then innovated and diversified into painted and crocheted bags from jute sack waste.

For the painted bag variation, the canvas parts are manually painted with various distinctive cultural features of the Minangkabau tradition. Customers can also make special requests according to their preferences. The paintings use special safe and non-fading paint.

Next, for the crocheted bag variation from jute sack waste, after being sewn into bags, it comes with 6 compartments inside, serving as storage for a laptop, water bottle, mobile phone, and 2 other compartments. The bag is also lined with thick and water-resistant lining. The front of the bag is adorned with handmade macrame crochet using cotton yarn with various creative variations, sewn onto the bag.
