Size : Fabric ( 1.8m x 0,9m) and Scarf (1.75m x 0,45m)
The Pucok Reubong motif, which depicts bamboo shoots, is often found in Aceh. The philosophy of this motif is that bamboo grows from the ground to the sky, thus reflecting the journey of human life from childhood full of potential, and productive adulthood, to wise old age. Strong and flexible bamboo shoots also depict resilience and adaptability in facing various life challenges, by the Acehnese philosophy that values every stage of life and its unique contribution. Bamboo, as a symbol of strong and versatile life, unites the wearer with Aceh's rich cultural roots and traditions.
In addition to the Pucok Reubong motif, this cloth is also decorated with the Bungong Jeumpa motif. Bungong Jeumpa, or cempaka flower, symbolizes beauty and diversity, because this flower has various colors and can be found in many areas in Aceh. Combining these two motifs not only enriches the aesthetics of the cloth, but also conveys a deep message about the Acehnese people's cultural values and philosophy of life.
