PALA Cemani

The uniqueness of this rooster in particular is that it has all black physical features, from its feathers, bones, and even its blood.

The word Cemani roots from an ancient Javanese word which means jet black, and this particular rooster has become the symbol of strength and greatness of Nusantara’s fauna, as it’s presented in one of Nusantara Empire’s legends.
